Corporate mental health
Workplace mental health that scales across companies and roles.
B2B2C mental health platform for workplaces: mobile and web apps, multi-subscription access, gamified engagement, and admin tools for company programs.
- MOBILE + WEB
- Built in 35 weeks
- React Native · React Native Web · Nest.js · GraphQL · TypeScript

/ the idea
From idea to product.
After Clay merged into Mindance under pme Familienservice, the product needed one integrated B2B2C platform: mobile plus web, clear subscription entitlements, and tools companies could actually run programs on.
/ the problem
Corporate security, microservices sprawl, and layered subscriptions.
Developers worked under strict VPN access. Sixteen isolated repositories made shared UI hard. Each user could hold multiple subscriptions with different feature access, so entitlements had to stay correct on both backend and frontend.
