From idea to product.
Homeowners needed a reliable way to book local professionals. Providers needed a simple way to take jobs, show up, and get paid. HomeyFixIt had to work as one marketplace with two real products.

Two sides of the marketplace had to work together.
A booking is not a single screen. It is a chain: discover a service, book a time, match a provider, track arrival, pay, and close the job. If any step breaks, trust collapses on both sides.
