From idea to product.
Companies, HR teams and students were stuck in disconnected hiring tools. Krexhe needed a single product where talent discovery, company workflows and career paths could live together.

Students need clarity on paths. Companies need signal, not noise. HR needs workflows that do not collapse into spreadsheets. The product had to serve all three without becoming three separate apps.
