/ the idea
From idea to product.
Caspar Health needed a modern patient app clinics could white-label: clear therapy journeys, progress patients could see, and chat that met German clinical communication requirements.
/ the problem
Legacy UI, weak documentation, and strict chat rules.
The previous app felt dated and was missing home-rehab essentials. We inherited limited docs and support from the original team, had to hit international accessibility standards, and had to move chat toward TalkJS while some clinics still depended on Sendbird.
